Who is responsible
MSST Consulting S.C., with offices in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us.
What we collect
Only what is needed to answer you and, if we end up working together, to deliver the engagement.
- Contact details: name, company, email and phone, when you write them.
- Browsing data: landing page, referrer and campaign, so we know which content was useful.
- Engagement data: the information your company gives us for the work.
What we use it for
To answer your request, assign you a partner, deliver the engagement and meet the legal obligations that the work itself creates.
We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. We share it only where the law requires, or with the partner assigned to your account.
Communications
We will only send you content if you expressly agreed to it. Consent to answer an enquiry is not consent to send you newsletters: those are two different things and we ask for them separately.
Every message includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
How long we keep it
Data from an enquiry that goes nowhere is kept for a reasonable follow-up period and then deleted. Data from a professional engagement is kept for the periods accounting and tax rules require.
How we protect it
The platform encrypts secrets at rest, transmits over HTTPS, stores private files under random names and only delivers them after checking permissions. Access is logged.
No system is infallible. If a breach affecting your data occurred, we would tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it if inaccurate, delete it when no longer needed, or object to a specific use. You can also withdraw any consent you gave us.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, the date above will show it. When a change affects the purpose of processing, we will tell you before applying it.
