PRORROGA PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE DECLARACIONES INFORMATIVAS
Mediante un comunicado el 25 de febero de 2023, el SAT informa sobre la prorroga para la presentación de las declaraciones informativas, esto debido a que se encuentra en mantenimiento el aplicativo mediante el cual se presentan las declaraciones informativas de:
- Declaración informativa multiple.
- Declaración informativa de operaciones con terceros (DIOT).
- Declaración informativa de Contraprestaciones o Donativos Recibidos Superiores a $100,000.00.
- Declaración informativa de aprovechamientos por el Manejo, Almacenaje y Custodia de Mercancías de Comercio Exterior.
- Declaración informativa Multiple de IEPS.
Los contribuyentes que no han presentado algunas de las declaraciones citadas en febrero de 2023; una vez restablecido el aplicativo, tendran hasta el 15 de marzo de 2023 para presentar dichas declaraciones según le corresponda.

EXTENSION FOR SUBMISSION OF THE INFORMATIVE TAX RETURNS
Through a communication on February 25, 2023, the SAT informs about the extension for the presentation of the nformative Tax returns, this due to the fact that the application through which the informative returns are presented is under maintenance:
- Multiple informative declaration.
- Informative declaration of operations with third parties (DIOT).
- Informative declaration of Considerations or Donations Received Greater than $100,000.00.
- Informative declaration of uses for the Management, Storage and Custody of Foreign Trade Goods.
- Multiple informative return of IEPS.
Taxpayers who have not filed some of the returns cited in February 2023; Once the application is restored, they will have until March 15, 2023 to present said returns as appropriate.
