Is a Tijuana Mexico Native, born and raised in Tijuana, He graduated from the State University of Baja California with a bachelors Degree in Public Accounting, He is a registered Certified Public Accountant, he has also acquired various certifications mainly in the tax area through out the years. He has been a Tax Specialist for the past 20 years, working in Top firms before starting MSST in 2005. He is an active member of The State board of accountants; he is also a Professor of diverse Tax Courses in the State University.
