On May 24, 2021, the rules for registering in the specialized services register (REPSE) are published in the DOF.

Article 15 of the Federal Labour Act stipulates that natural or legal persons who provide specialized services or carry out specialized works must have a register with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

The authority mentions in the published rules that natural or legal persons wishing to join the registry must establish precisely the service they wish to provide or the type of work they wish to perform, and that for each of these activities they must prove, Under protest to tell the truth, the specialized nature of the same and describe the elements or factors that support this exceptional character.

One point to note is that even if the service is specialized, only companies and physical persons who put workers at the disposal of the client will have to be registered.

At Msst Consulting we can resolve any questions regarding this new obligation.
