On the following November 30 a new obligation is incorporated for all employers, which is to recruit the workplace National Fund for Workers Consumption “FONACOT”

This in order that all workers can get the benefit of the credits granted by the fund, as well as grant funding and in a way that provides access to credits for the purchase of goods and services.

Employers have until December 1st 2013 for recruiting their Working center and that employees can get the credits listed in the affiliated institutions.

Once the credits obtained by the workers, the employer gets the withholding obligation to workers as well as provide the discounts at the bottom.

It is important to note that the employeer does not become a third supportive party of the debts that their workers get to that fund.
