Is a Tijuana Mexico Native, born and raised in Tijuana, He graduated from the State University of Baja California with a bachelors Degree in Public Accounting, he also holds a Graduate degree in Taxation from the same Institution, He is a registered Certified Public Accountant. He has been a Tax Specialist for the past 20 years, working in Top firms before starting MSST in 2005, having vast knowledge of the Mexican Tax law he is an expert in domestic and international tax planning.
He is an active member of The State board of accountants; he is also a Professor of diverse Tax Courses in the State University. Manuel is fully bilingual (English, Spanish).
